Water & Sewer Utilities
The Water and Sewer Department is responsible for the Town's water and sewer lines, for distributing clean drinking water to residents and businesses, and for managing the sanitary disposal of wastewater to protect the public health. The customer service function of the Utilities Department, includes meter reading, billing, collections, and customer assistance for over 300 accounts.

These are fees charged by the credit card companies; not the Town. FEES: - Credit Card Transactions: is a percentage of the total bill - eCheck Transactions: $1.00 fee BY PHONE PAYMENTS - Phone payments are made with the same online portal customers would use at home; therefore, phone payments are subject to the same merchant fees customers see when they make the payments online themselves. Water & Sewer ApplicationNew home owners and renters will submit their Utility Service Application and deposits through their closing process or directly to the Town Hall at 304 Central Avenue, Wiggins, CO 80654.
