Water & Sewer Utilities
The Water and Sewer Department is responsible for the Town's water and sewer lines, for distributing clean drinking water to residents and businesses, and for managing the sanitary disposal of wastewater to protect the public health. The customer service function of the Utilities Department, includes meter reading, billing, collections, and customer assistance for over 300 accounts.

ONLINE PAYMENTS - Customers are subject to a merchant fee for the use of making payments online. These are fees charged by the credit card companies; not the Town.
BY PHONE PAYMENTS - Phone payments are made with the same online portal customers would use at home; therefore, phone payments are subject to the same merchant fees customers see when they make the payments online.

New home owners and renters will submit their Utility Service Application and deposits through their closing process or directly to the Town Hall at 304 Central Avenue, Wiggins, CO 80654.

WEEKEND WATER & SEWER EMERGENCIES - To report a water leak, sewer spill or pressure problem on the weekend or outside office hours, please call our non-emergency dispatch at (970) 483-7747. Dispatch will notify an on-call public works employee.
