Water & Sewer Utilities
The Water and Sewer Department is responsible for the Town's water and sewer lines, for distributing clean drinking water to residents and businesses, and for managing the sanitary disposal of wastewater to protect the public health. The customer service function of the Utilities Department, includes meter reading, billing, collections, and customer assistance for over 300 accounts.
Water - Sewer - Pressure Issues
If you are experiencing a water leak from your outside water tap, please contact the Town Hall at 970-483-6161. To report a water leak, sewer spill or pressure problem on the weekend or outside office hours, please call our non-emergency dispatch at 970-867-8531. Dispatch will notify an on-call public works employee.

New home owners and renters must submit their Water & Sewer Application and fee directly to the Town Hall at 304 Central Avenue, Wiggins, CO 80654.

BY PHONE PAYMENTS - By phone payments are made with the same portal as the online payments and is subject to the merchant fees just as online payments are.
ONLINE PAYMENTS - There will be a merchant fee added to your payment for the use of a credit card payment.
